This secure webform package contains two separate research instruments: one questionnaire for students and one interview guide for school managers and teachers.

Instrument A: Student Questionnaire

For Grade 9 to Grade 12 students. It measures smartphone use, distraction, learning productivity and perceptions of school policy.
